Spring Racing: Myer vs David Jones

Spring has come, and brought with it some much needed warm weather and sunshine!

(good riddance to cold winter snaps I say!)

So what does this mean? The beginning of EVERYTHING!

Not only are the flowers starting to bloom and baby animals being born (does that really happen or is that just on Disney's Bambi?) but it means SPRING RACING SEASON, FESTIVALS, RACE CARS and loads more cool events! This is when fashion gets exciting and we start seeing amazing outfits at every event. This also means getting out of the house a bit more and showing a bit of skin!

Last year, Spring was all about colour blocking. Jennifer Hawkins and Rebecca Judd strutted their stuff representing Myer's Spring Racing Fashion in brightly coloured and meticulously put together outfits and while we still hold colour blocking close to our hearts, it's time for something new.

This year, it's all about mixing it up, and of course, BRIGHT, BRIGHT, BRIGHT! While there is still some colour blocking happening, most of what we will be seeing will be neon prints, bright florals and lots of pink, yellow and tangerine (colour of the year 2012)!
